Thank you for choosing Green Ox for your Cannabis processing and distribution needs!  We recognize and appreciate the trust it requires to allow a company to process and sell your cannabis, and we want to assure you that your product will be treated with the upmost respect, compliance, and security while under our care. The CDFA & METRC has acknowledged us as being among the most compliant Cannabis Operators in California, and we are proud of our sustained ability to steadily deliver a satisfying experience to our valued customers. We embrace transparency as a foundational pillar to a 5-Star Customer Experience, so we strive to clearly communicate exactly what you can expect from us along the way. Outlined below is an overview of the different stages throughout our processes, as well as who is responsible for each step. We are pleased to introduce the team-members who will be caring for your product, and their contact information is attached so you know who to turn to with any questions.

Initially, you will receive a Processing Agreement from Green Ox. As soon as we receive this signed agreement and your completed METRC manifest for transport we can arrange a time for one of our Drivers to come and retrieve your product free of charge.

When the product arrives to our insured facility, it is graded and re-tagged with samples gathered for testing. This step is overseen by our Inventory Manager. As soon as testing is completed, you will receive a copy of the results by email.

After your product has been de-leafed and/or bucked, it is sent to the appropriate processing queue. Flower is trimmed by hand. This step is orchestrated and overseen by our Processing Operations Manager.

As soon as the processing of your product has been completed you will receive an email containing the Processing Yield Report, a Processing Invoice R&D test results and an Invoice Explanation from our Administrative Manager. Payment for our processing services is expected upon your receipt of the invoice. Payments may be made in person at the Green Ox facility or via wire transfer.

Our well-connected Sales Team sends weekly orders to our strategic purchase partners via our safe and compliant transport model at no additional cost to our clients. Our Sales Team is available to discuss your desired quantities and price-ranges to negotiate with our purchasing clients.  After the sale has been executed, your payment will be prepared and provided by our Administrative Manager.
